How and when do I pay for a maintenance plan?
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or BACs. Payments are due in full before or at the first appointment.
Is there a discount for a maintenance plan?
Yes, depending on which plan you choose will determine how much discount is applied.
Which plan should I have for my daily car?
That decision is up to you. Our monthly plan (x12 per year) is the most popular, but if your car is used less often then the Bi-monthly plan may be more suitable. Likewise, if your vehicle is used more than average then the Fortnightly or Weekly plan may be more appropriate.
What if my car needs another treatment between appointments on a plan?
That’s no problem, one-off cleans on a vehicle already in a maintenance plan will be charged at the same discounted rate.
What happens if an appointment needs to be rescheduled?
We try to be as flexible as possible, contact us as early as possible.
What if my car is sold or written off?
Contact us as early as possible to discuss your options, in most cases we can transfer the remainder of a plan to your replacement vehicle.
